PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
You agree to the following terms and conditions when you purchase tickets from this site and/or participate in a tour.
The ticket holder must comply with all relevant laws, safety instructions and restaurant/vendor requests while on a tour.
Refunds and Reschedules
RESCHEDULES: Once purchased, ticket reschedules are allowed (free of charge) only based on availability and with at least 48 hours notice (except in special cases such as a tropical storm or hurricane, where we’ll try to accommodate guests).
There will be no reschedules or partial credit given for late arrivals, no shows or partial attendance.
100% refund if you cancel at least seven (7) days in advance of the scheduled departure.
50% refund if you cancel three (3) to six (6) days in advance of the scheduled departure.
There will be no refund granted if you cancel 48 hours or less prior to the scheduled departure.
Tours depart PROMPTLY and it is the guest’s responsibility to show up at the right location on time. Lickrish Food Tours reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any service without prior notice.

Tours may be cancelled by the company at any time, in which case you will be notified and offered a full refund.
Every effort will be made to conduct the tours as scheduled, but in the event of heavy showers, some tours may have to be rescheduled/cancelled. You will receive a FULL refund for tours cancelled due to weather.
Refusal of Entry
Although prior permissions have be obtained, please note that restaurant owners, shopkeepers, shop owners or vendors may refuse entry of any client from their establishment at any time for any reason.
Special Diets and Allergies
At this time, Lickrish Food Tours will only accommodate vegetarian diets, with advance notice. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate vegan, gluten-free or any other specific dietary requests.
Please inform the guide of any food allergies before commencement of your tour. Although Lickrish Food Tours will make every effort to accommodate food allergies, neither the company, its management, employees, tour guides, agents, representatives of the company, nor participating restaurants will be held liable for any adverse outcomes as a result of ingested food samples during the tour.
Time Zone Differences in Barbados
Barbados uses Atlantic Standard Time (AST) and does not utilize Daylight Saving Time.
Lickrish Food Tours is NOT responsible if you are late to a tour because you are unaware of the local time zone.
Shopping During the Tour
Guests are asked to refrain from shopping until the tour concludes so as to allow the tour to continue as scheduled. Tours will continue as scheduled with or without guests who are delayed due to shopping. No refunds or reschedules will be granted to clients under these circumstances.
Release of Liability
Lickrish Food Tours, its tour guides or participating vendors accept no responsibility for any personal property. Neither will Lickrish Food Tours, its management, employees, tour guides, agents, representatives of the company, nor participating restaurants be held liable for death, personal injury or property damage.
